Large-Capacity Melting Furnaces

Four melting furnaces with a maximum capacity of 10 tons for cast steel parts up to 13 tons.

Heat Treatment Equipment

Three resistance heat treatment furnaces with a maximum capacity of 40 tons and a 6×5×5 m circulating water tank.

Molding and Pattern Making

3D printed or wooden patterns are supported, with continuous sand mixers and high reclaimed sand utilization.

Testing Equipment

Spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, metallurgical analyzer and sand strength tester.

Quality

Full-process quality control

  • ProCAST simulation is used to optimize feeding and solidification before production.
  • Qualified suppliers are reviewed regularly, and each batch of melting material is sampled and inspected.
  • Melt chemistry is rechecked before pouring, and pouring temperature and time standards are strictly followed.
  • NDT can be performed to American, European and Chinese standards, with inspection data digitally archived.
